what is it?


We've got some Tootsietoy cars here, and Corgi Junior and a Midgetoy. We've also got Hartoy and Hasbro. Some of the cars here are new and some are old and what mom calls Horse Heaven Hill cars. When she was little there was a place called Horse Heaven Hill and she remembers being driven up in the hills, on Horse Heaven Hill, and around one bend there was a drop off and when she looked down she saw an old car and an old police car crumpled up down at the bottom. So mom calls the beaten-up cars Horse Heaven Hill cars, but she doesn't mean them any disrespect. She thinks Horse Heaven Hill sounds like an appropriate place for cars to go take a rest. She's going to imagine it with real nice green grass and blue skies and white clouds floating by, and there are little garages for the cars to go to sleep in and shelter in when it rains.

The below road sign is one my dad says his dad used to play with when he was a boy. This is it's real size.
