Hasbro cars in my limited collection

On the bottom it reads ©1998 Hasbro Inc., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, 02862 USA, made in China

My dad thought this was a Hot Wheels thing when he brought it home for my mom. It was just a fun racing team set and he knew my mom would think it was cool! I really like it too! In fact, I'm lying here on my mommy's lap right now playing with it. I like to try to pull the little rubber men off the platform but they're on there real tight because they don't come off, and that has been amazing my mom that they don't come off! I love this set! I am holding it against my forehead. "Man!" I say, pointing out one of the men. It has 7 men total. The car has something to do with Texaco and Havoline. Those are tires stacked there in the background on the right (those don't come off the platform either). My mom doesn't know what kind of car it is. The diecast itself doesn't have much detailing. The head and rear lights and chrome detailing is all painted on. The scan is smaller than the size of the whole thingamajig. The platform is 6 inches across, not 4.5 like it is in this too dark picture.
